Calculus Help Bf?

Hey guys. Need some math help.
Long story short:
Some retards screwed up in class, got the teacher, who's now really pissed off, in trouble, and being the ***** she is, assigns a five page essay due the next class to the entire class.

What i need to do is to write a 5 page essay on calculus and how it can be applied to anything winter.

Being the useless waste of oxygen I am, i dont know anything about calculus except it's hard. I'm not exaggerating. I skip a lot. Unfortunately I didnt skip this morning's class.

So BF, i need some help. What should i write my essay on?
I think i can fill in all the writing part of the essay okay. But i cant make up calculus stuff.

At the moment I;m thinking about presenting a problem or two and expanding on them.

So my first problem is something like this:
At what rate of change does some snow fall off the roof 2 feet high if the mass of the snow is 1kg?

I know the formula from a physics point of view is Mass(gravity)(height), but how do i calculate the rate of change?
I recall something like (dx)/(dy)

Re: Calculus Help Bf?

Write an essay about how the stars are so pretty so you lay in a field with your friends and watched them for hours instead of giving a **** about calculus.

Well, let R be the resistance and m be its mass, and g the constant of gravitation. Then resolving forces, we have R-mg=ma. It's been proven that air resistance is proportional to speed, so you have kv-mg=mv', which is a differential equation that can be solved as a first-order differential equation.

You'll have to work out some constants for this, though, possibly by experimenting. Drag (physics) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia may give you ideas, as will Stokes radius - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.*
