Even if you get your server working your friends will get the ****tiest fps you can imagine.
Also you're asking us to help you with something that is highly illegal.
Third, to get people to connect you need to set yourself as a DMZ host, forward some ports, and allow exceptions in your firewall as well as router assuming you have one.
Finally, get real internet. It's not 1990 anymore, ****.
oh, you need to set your friends realmlist to your ip, not your own.
annnd signing up for a no-ip account is kindof pointless in your situation
