How to create a group. So certain members can join groups, and see all of the groups uploads, and members etc. sorta like youtube

Media players (audio/video) so when a user uploads (i need this upload script too) their media converts to our player

a rating/view system for media

on the portal, to display newest uploaded media, a random media, featured media, and the top 5 rated media of certain categories

a search tool

Get a script...phpNuke, install MySql (install PHPmyadmin too), PHP, look on hotscripts.com for some portal scripts.

I DOUBT anyone on here has the time to write one.
