| my day rocked So right. I had this job, a good 600$ for this guys back lawn. good stuff. The guy I'm working with, he's a moron more or less. So when he has to cut some long ass plant with garden shears, he fails to notice my ****ing finger. didn't hurt much, but my little finger was bleeding like ****. I got a cut starting from the nail(which split clean through), straight to about half way up the pinky, deep cut. Whatever, didn't hurt much, so I grabbed some gauze and went left to find a medical clinic. We're in Brampton, no clue where anything is, because of this gay backward ass city. Meanwhile I'm bleeding like ****, and the only truck we could use was the rented one so I couldn't drop a single drop on an inch of the truck. At this point I notice there was a second cut. Where the top of the shearers had sliced the top part wide open, the bottom had also made a huge gash on the bottom of my finger. Had the blade cut a fraction of a milimetre closer, I would have lost half my finger. Still bleeding as ****, I realize standing in line for the clinic that I don't have my health card, so for the next 45 minutes I had to call around to get my doctors phone number in Toronto to get him to fax over the health card information, so I don't have to pay to get it looked at. Whatever, in the mean time It was still bleeding. First thing the doctor says when he sees it, I know he was thinking "Holy **** thats a deep cut". So I got a sweet 10 stitches on my gay ass pinky, and to top it off I cant go back to work for at least a week. God damnit. I can't play guitar hero now, because pinky = blue note. Can barely type for **** because of the huge ****ing bandage, for such a crappy cut. If I seem a little pissy, whatever.
Top my day.

| Last weekend I slit my left heel open on a broken beer bottle in a hotel bathroom when me / my friend were drunk. We'll, he was on xanax as well and I had a bit to which is probably why we did not notice it until the floor started to turn red. (Few minutes.) (BTW- In bathroom together since it was a big ****ing bathroom, one of those suites, and we just got back from swimming.)
9 stiches. It's almost healed now, though. Sucks that you had to miss work, I had to take the morning after the cut off as well. But my boss made me take another 3 days off. Nice guy.
Use the free time well. It's actually pretty fun being forced to be lazy and useless.

| I feel at home in the promise land, well my promise. Getting to be lazy and useless is awesome and especially when you get to curse at people and make them get you stuff!

| That sounds dreadfully painful. I'm glad you got to keep your finger. Now you won't lose typing speed! |

| I probably would have been screaming. I hate pain. I think the worst I've ever done was split my chin open which only needed about 2 stiches, and I was too little to remember it. Hope you heal quickly.

| The closest thing to an injury for me would be twisting my knee, but that doesn't really count. I avoid the danger. I haven't been blown up by fireworks yet. |

| Basically he almost lost his pinky finger because a moron was acting stupid and almost cut it off using garden shears. The rest of his day was running around trying to get medical help. |
