| Ah, that is very different. The link I posted gives good advice for that. You still need to drink lots of fluids, but eat light. Try the tips in the link. You'll feel better soon.

if you get headaches. hahaha this will give you more.
but if you didnt take that advice.
Just 5-6 cups of water per day. Eat very lightly. Nothing high in sodium or fats. Stay away from grease or anything unhealthy. Tea is a very good source. Drink some nyquil flu because that shit'll knock you out. Unless you like to be conscious while your in pain. | |
