| An Alternative to lottery
This is how it was done before vbPlaze, IIRC
You could donate 100 points per ticket (max:10) to a designated member, then after a week, the person collects all the donations, puts the person's name on on paper (1 paper per 100 points) and draws them out of a hat whichever name is drawn gets all the points., or the person could write down all the names and scramble them on the computer, and the top names wins.

| I dont really see that being a problem.
1) we have honest people.
2) if they were scrambled on the computer, I could just FRAPS it, and post the FRAPS video if there is question.
