RMA SCAM

So i brought a USED pocket pc hp ipaq, and wanted to do an RMA SCAM (not going to details). Anyways, i found out the unit is at least a year old and has been registered. Now, i want to get it "returned" to HP so they send me a enw one. I have to make up some bullshit how the unit is not working properly.
What are some good lies? I thought of dead pixels, but that wouldnt work, becuase saying my unit has 10 dead pixels is a long shot.

Btw, anyoen have any experiance with HP RMA (return merchandise)?

Why would it be missing a coil?

Would it work?


And because of the cost of a PPC, would they exchange it for a new one, or would i more likely have to send it in for repair?
I want to saay soemthing like it still works so i dont have to send it in for repair b/c i use it everyday or something, so saying its missing a coil is kind of retarded.
