Yeah, I never understood that racial slur. I've heard it's supposed to be offensive, but it's just an abbreviation. With the same regard, calling someone anything could be considered offensive if it's said with the right tone.
I know a kid who was called "Jap" once. He completely flipped out and tried to beat the crud outta the guy who said it. Which is funny, because he's only 1/4 Asian (he doesn't look Asian at all) and the other guy was about three times his size.
He gets smacked in the face with some putty or something then a huge ass board AND HE IS STILL STANDING AND YELLING LIKE AN OVERREACTIVE CHEWBACCA?
