Try this. Open a new sheet and type =A2 inside A1, then hit Enter. Then double-click A1. A2 should be highlighted. Is this what you mean?*

say you have like a budget of $10,000 for multiple projects. When you put in the cost of evrything, it totals up. If it goes over or exactly $10,000, the font of the cell turns red. When it is red, you know u have to make changes or need to go lower
