I like it. I can't really say why, but I'm borderline-addicted to it. If I see a new episode of it is on Anime Network, I watch it right then and there. I'm going to just rent the entire series from Blockbuster soon and get it over with. There's just so much drama and romance and emotion in the show, and pretty much every episode starts out light-hearted and humorous, and by the end of the episode it's all lost love, broken hearts, and just drowning in strong emotion.

Anyways, has anyone else ever seen or even heard of it? Thoughts?

Emo-anime? Sounds like a quick grab for me, and the name does ring a bel;l but I can't place my finger on where I've heard of it. Is it action with drama/emotions or just like a love anime?

It's mainly a love anime with a lot of emotions and whatnot. Let me quote a magazine article on this one.

I just finished Episode 18. What a phenominal episode. Definitely my favorite so far.

There's some kind of sub-plot going on in the background though, something obviously very evil and involving pendants. It seems that at any moment it could explode into something 'end-of-the-world' related, or at least 'end-of-the-main-character'. I'm sure when it does, it will become the main plot of the story. It's definitely all building up to something sinister.
