one hand poushup

okay... i can do at least 60 pushups in one sitting, but i still cant do 1 one hand push up. How do u do one?

It's a technique thing... you just gotta maintain balance. Your legs shouldn't be next to eachother like a regular pushup, that's really hard... you gotta spread em wide to give yourself more of a tripod stance. then, try to go as low as you can. They'll be sloppy at first. After a while, you'll get used to it and they'll get easier.

Spread your legs out in a V shape. Move your single arm in more towards you or more outward, whichever is more comfortable. Put your free hand back against the small of your back.

you got that from G.I. Jane

theres a break dancer (forgot what website, but its a popular video clip) who can do push ups with his legs in the air. not ina hand stand position, jsut with his legs lifted ina very straight manner. his arms are huge, hence him being a break dancer

okay, i keep loosing my balacne even doing hte v shape thing I keep leaning towar the side my arm is push and im prettymuch doing hte push up on my side. Anymore tips?

Your hand should face the inside as you do your pushup. If you're using your left hand, your hand should be facing your right shoulder; if you're using your right hand, it should be facing your left shoulder. You'll still end up on your side a bit, but give it a while... you'll get used to it.

You can do diamond pushups, right?

diamond push up = make triangle with your hands right? yeah but i can use like too hands. so its still balanced.

anoerthing....

I dont play to do all that bodybuodlgin stuff to get buff and shit but...

How can i get my 60 push up limit up to 100? I try everyday but i cant only reach up to like 63 (if im lucky), no more. How do i postition my hands so its easiest?

Another thing, sit up,they are usually timed in a minute, i usually get around 30. How can i get it higher? Im doing it as fast as i could.

and long jump without running/walking etc,doing it in a standing/kneeling position , i think i can do about 3-4 feet i dunno. How do i get farther? Leg curls?

im not that strong really i can bench say 140 and i can do like 10 one hand push ups. The v shape and balance is the key. Dont go stright down kinda go into your arm but not rly. If you go straight down you will lose your balance.
