Posts?

if a post is dramatically long, do you bother to read it, or jsut feed off of other peoples comments that have actually read it, or jsut read the 1st few lines and then comment ur opinion?

I read it. Unless its 15 or so paragraphs. Otherwise, I thoroughly read all large posts, because usually the threads that contain them are important.

It all depends where the post is and who posted it. If it's done by some I could careless about good chances I'll just read other peoples comments and go from there. But if it done by someone who I actually think might make a good point I will read the post. Sometimes I skim posts because of how I feel at the time of the post.

Read, unless it's in The Asylum, because every post, unless it's in The Asylum, has value.*

It depends on the person who posted it.

I really don't like the super paragraphs. Everything else should be fine.

I barely read anything on BF anymore at all. That Hemp thread by Angelicpower, I read maybe 5% of it, including my own posts. Thasts more of a special case because I hate the topic though. I'm oblivious to anything else discussed within that thread. For the Writer's Council I'll read stuff....if anything is ever posted >.>

So does that mean you don't read your own posts then?

I onlt read large posts if it is either
a.interesting
b.Has osmething to do with Battleforums

Either way i will read it piece by piece, adn usualy respond to small sections. Sometimes with stupid sarcastic remarks, but thats just me.

Something like this:
what would you do if someone hit on your girl?

is worthless to read

Depends on how many typos (like, plainly obvious ones) and usages of "ur" "u" and crap like that.

Sorry kiddies, but if you're going to type out a bigass post thats about a screens length on my computer and it's full of "u" and "ur" theres no way in hell I'm going to read it.

Post length has the reverse effect with me. I only bother to read the long ones an skip the shorter ones because i know that they are either in agreement/disagreement with the OP or they are merely offtopic.
