Disturbing documentary

hey guys...Does anyone remember a movie called Mail Order Wife? I loved it. I saw it on theaers a while back. My friend from umvd told me that it's coming out on dvd next month. For all of you that don't know, it's a documentary about some guy that bought a mail order bride cause he was such a loser. It's a really disturbing movie though. The director ends up breaking up with his girlfriend and he ends up sleeping with the girl. It was just too funny. Hit me up if anyone wants to talk about it, or if anyone wants any info on it.

If you read, it's a documentary. There aren't going to be any actors.

He just said some guy. If it were a household name, he would have probably said so. And if a celebrity was in it, you would have probably heard alot more about it. You could have thought of that before posting.

The DVD will be available 10/04/05. I like documentaries, so I'll probably check it out. Thanks for the suggestion.

It's not a chick flick. My girlfriend watched it, and she was really disturbed by it. But i thought it was hillarious.

Omg, I actually went back and looked at the credits. It's not really a documentary. It's a mockumentary. They hired actors to do it. I was a little disappointed that it didn't turn out to be real. But the movie still kicked ass though.

Super Size Me was great.. it was interesting when they compared George Washington with Ronald McDonald, and more kids knew who RM was.

One more day until this is released. Joy.

This is kind of old, but I finished watching it.. and I don't recommend it. After about the first thirty minutes, I got suspicious and did some research. Turns out it isn't really a documentary, just filmed like one. Everything is scripted, and I bet anything that the mail order wife can speak English.

It did have some funny moments though, but it has a lot of boring things, like pan shots and waste-of-time interviews.. the characters are duds as well.
