It is obvious that when a powerfull army is destroying all the infrastructure of a country and when that army is killing thousands of people in that country, that country's officials can't know exactly where is the point

Where are no reports of thousands of Georgian civilians killed. Also, stop double posting, there is any edit button you can use.
