| Is it needed? Is it necissary?
On a day to day basis the general forum can completely run by itself without an admin needed at all. It's everythign else an Admin does that makes it important. Is it needed? Probably not. Everytime a new admin is added, two things happen.
they either go mental a few months in, or do little to nothing for a long time in the shadow of the current admin. Plus more admins means more conflicting Ideas. that is why you have one Dictator, no discussion, one person one rule. IT is the most effective way to get things done. Remember when there were 5 admins, Battleforums nearly accomplished NOTHING. |

| Pan outlined it pretty clearly; there really isn't a need. However, if there was to be another admin, I'd suggest Pan, Tronga or x42nb6.

| Roach isn't really on that much, and Tronga is on at time when Roach is not. They can lift the burden off of eachother, give each other some relief (... sickos  ).
Plus, Roach can't really hande all the ideas and every complaint and every suggestion on his own. It could also give Roach a little bit more time to do what he wants to do, and be a bt more active in his posting.

| The only thing that we'de need another admin for is so another person could access the database and such.
SMods or GMods can clean up and ban anyone that actually does anything worthwile, like spamming porn or something. Admins arn't really needed on the facial side of the forums, as they don't have much more powers than the GMods or SMods do on the surface wise. The only other **** they have to deal with is all the underground ****. One active mod has always been enough on big forums, a second to be there as a just incase of vacation. | |

I ment "..mods can't.."
What i'm getting at is is that a 2nd admin can do things that Roach may not be able to do. Speed things up just a little.
