Did you ever have it?

Do you know the moment of ultimate happiness that occurs when a song you like unexpectedly comes on the radio, or at the end of a movie whose ending is particularly inspirational to you, or when your friend understands exactly what you are talking about when you are spouting your own philosophical garble? Doesn't that feeling kick ass? And why is it so hard to reproduce? What does it mean? (Pardon the cheesiness of this post, feeling unusally possessed by an overwhelming feeling of bonhommie)

Kind of a rhetorical thread... sorry.
