Define problem. If you consider the number of children age 12-17 using marijuana rising, as opposed to in the US, where it's falling, then I'd say, yeah, it's a problem.

No... I am pretty sure crack is more dangerous than cigs... it's just that many people smoke 2 or 3 packs a day... which would probably be more dangerous than the amount of crack someone takes. Man... but if they do make marijuana legal... they better have places where it is smoked... and anywhere else should be illegal... like on the streets? I sure wouldn't want stoners to be smoking a joint down the street with all the little kids smelling it. And boy does pot have a smell. Maybe allow it in like bars etc. bars should be smoking and pot smoking section.
