| gay in a catholic school
in my home town a lesbian is sueing a catholic school because they wouldn't lt her in the school. THAT DOESN"T MAKE ANY SENSE. being gay is against all christian religons so why should they have to let her in |

| bah i was in a catholic school for eight years before liberation of highschool... catholic schools suck cause you get 2 extra subjects and shitty lunch. | |

| You guys are getting a bit off topic. The school however, has the final say in weather or not they want to let the applicant in. Generally, the applicant doesn't go against the final say, but in some cases they do, like this. Now my question is, did they know she was gay?
Granted, they could always just lie and say they didn't accept her for another reason | |

| thats what public schools are for, catholic school is likely a private all girls school, and they dont have to accept someone because of their sexual orientation. Why must they accept the girls lifestyle choice?
hell, maybe it wasnt her lifestyle choice that she didnt get into the school for. Maybe she didnt make the cut or whatever and so she concocted a court trick to get her into the school. its been done | |

| She could have been refused for another reason and Is just trying to make a big fuss and get in. Or it could be a private school that just doesn't want her in there. It really is their decision, assuming it's a private school. | |
