Stupid Kids...

Well...today some kid at my school was arrested for attempted murder. Apparently, some freshman beat the hell out of a senior over here before spring break. Today the senior decided to take revenge and beat the kids skull in with a ball-pin hammer and a miniature baseball bat.

My question is, what is running through kids minds these days? Just last year someone from my school got arrested for murder...

Nothing like that happens in my school, there are fights but nothing like murder; where do you live.

Well, we don't really have that kind of thing happening all the time either...this is the first time it has actually happened IN school. I go to Shelby County High School in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Last year a group of boys were robbing a small grocery store and caused the owner to shoot one of them, then die from a heart attack, so they got arrested as well, which is what I was talking about earlier.

Kids these days are getting more and more "hardcore" at younger ages. I remember when I was like in 6th grade, you didn't **** around with kids in highschool, cause they'de beat your ass. These little 6th grade twats always **** with me now a days, and I see hit happening more and more. Kids in 4th and 5th grade smoking pot and ciggerettes, and going into other more dangerous drugs in middle school. I've seen kids come into the schools band that have done heroin or coke for a few years, and they're only 14. It's really sad if you ask me.

here in my new school in VA its a bunch of rednecks where everyone knows everyone and ppl cant fight for shit cept run their mouth

jeez just look at NY schools and ull see it all some peeps from the bloods in my school this kid is 16 and hes the buffest piece a shit ... some peeps from a gang called latinos finest got in a fight with them.. garantee hes found dead during the summer

we have never had anthing like that happen in my years of highschool..... only fist fights :P but its great to see chicks go at it rofl!

Iv been to a couple of different schools..... been to a high school in Dallas , Tx. It had metal detectors all over the damn place.(that really made you feel safe! not!) Then to another in Louisiana which wasnt as bad.

I would say people who are in gangs cant defend for themselvs.... i mean is it fair to get the crap beat out of you by 4-6 people!? All you have to do is prove to others you are not one to f*ck with. When someone screws around with you too much, beat them sensless!

When I fight, if a kid tells me to stop, I will, no matter what. Because if you hit him after that, you will probably piss him off into a killing rage. That's why there's so many deaths. Nobody listens when people say stop. I mean, you already embarressed the hell outta the kid, why do it more?

yeah. you only have to fight to get a point across in my case, or in other peoples cases you have to show them your not going to let them screw with you. if you show them you are in total control and they cant hurt you then they will get away from you or stop messing with you or whatever the problem might be.

You have to go beyond embarassment. You have to finish the conflict in the first fight. Put the kid in the hospital if you have to.. just make sure he won't have enough guts to pull anything on you. You gotta scare the hell out of them.

As for me, its a big deal to have a fist fight in my school.. and it happens rarely. I live in Oregon, were all hippies here .

I've only boxed, and with gloves. LoL, the first time I boxed, no one gave me any instructions on technique, so the first blow was at my face (I thought it was illegal to do so..). Kid was pretty strong too.. but I got a hang of it after a few more fights.

Well this is why many states are now issueing new laws on youthful offences, where they dont go to a juvey trial, but are tried in a full fledged adult court, and arn't given any leaneancy just because they are kids. I remember a case where a 12 year old girl stabbed a 56 year old lady to death. People were arguing that the kid had no idea what she was doing. My arguement to that is, if you're able to stab someone to death, that means you are stabbing them multiple times (since kids 'dont know what they are doing' they wouldnt go for the throat or any viteal organs.), and that also means they were most likely screaming in pain, the kid knew what she did. The state this was in had a law where kids i believe as young as 10 could be tried for magor cases (Arrsen, murder, rape, ect. ect.) The girl went to jail for a number of years. She was sent in '99 or '98 dont remember when the sentance was given to her. I just read on it lately though.

So I believe if all the states had these laws, and had classes telling the kids about how serious crap they do can be, (No more youthful defenders right to adult court for you!) they wouldn't do it at least as often as its happening now. Kids need to have fear put back into their minds, where the adults are still in control, no one is going to defend them anymore, no more crappy punishments for kids that think they are only going to go to juvey for rape or something. Screw em, little smart-aleks

actually sum gangs go way and actually had meaning but with all the media in the 90s gangs exploded and everyone wanted to be in 1

like the crips and bloods go way back to the 60s or 70s i think
the crips formed first out of inglewood but were actually called the cribs and they beat the crap out of old ppl for sum reason i foret why then sum ppl from the crips left cuz they didnt lke that
so the dudes of piru street formed the piru boys to protect the ppl that lived on the street from the crips
they wore red to diff themselves from the blue crips
they later recieved the name blood cuz of their red clothes
