| Where would you go? If we had a nuclear war and some of the states (or place where you live) were getting nuked where would you go?
Personally...the day I found out that another country was going to start launching nukes @ us would be the day that I pack my bags and move to Montana. There is nothing there and @ least there would be water/food to eat. |

| It depends on what countries are involved in the nuclear war, doesn't it? Personally, I'd go to Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia. The likelihood of Mongolia getting tangled in a nuclear war is very small. And if they (whovever 'they' may be) decide to nuke Ulaanbaatar, then I'd flee to the surrounding Steppes.

| I would like to go to Fraser Island. I've wanted to visit there since
I saw it on one of Steve Irwin's shows. It's absolutely beautiful.
Watch out of the dingos, though! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fraser_Island

| id stay here in yuba city california even though its 20 miles from Beale Air Force, like the 3rd largest air force in the US. If i knew there was a bomb comming for me id definetly move up north towards washington and canada.

It would make tactical sense. Would you want to become collateral damage if you weren't forewarned of a nuke. A nuclear attack would likely be a surprise attack, especially given that ballistic missile detection technology is still spotty (unless there is some top-secret detection grid the Pentagon has prepared).

And it gets better: the problem is not the money, it's acquiring the technology necessary for you to launch. Most of the technologies that you need are owned by NASA and other US Government organisations, and acquiring them may be a pain in the backside. Also, there's the issue of making it sustainable to live on the Moon.
On the flipside, if this works you will have a really safe fallout shelter. I don't think any country will even put the effort into nuking the moon if they will only strike a few people...

| I'd probably stay (or go back to my home town) in Wisconsin. Wisconsin is in the middle of the country. Who would nuke that? Plus there is nothing to nuke here. Seriously, cows? Oh, there is Miller Brewing Co. in Milwaukee. That could be a rather good target since it would piss a lot of people off. lol

How much of a warning are we talking about? When word breaks out, there would be little ways of transportation, with all the traffic. Chances are, there won't be anywhere to go. Let's just hope we get them before they get us.

| well if a nuke war started, i dont think we'd honostly have a 24 hour warning from the enemy that they are going to nuke us, which in turn would mean we dont have time to leave, which means id probably be going to work ~.~
anyways, thought u left?

With it's closeness to Israel, and with so many governments (e.g. Iraq) and organisations wanting to nuke Israel, Lebanon may also get caught by colateral damage...
