Ok what is the full definition of this vilinous act. I only know it as takign some one without the consent of their will and forcively keeping them in a place they do not desire being in. Also if someone is taken but it is 100% towards their will or consent what is it refered to as? When i ask that i mean for a minor under the age of 18 taken from their home w/o the parents consent, but the person taken wants to go.

I dont think it matters if the person taken wants to go and is over 18.

It would still be by definition kidnap I believe. It is just like, if somone is under 18 and has sex with somone over 18, that person over 18 by definition, raped them, even if the younger party didn't mind.

It is still kidnap if the person wants to go but neither the napper or kidnapped have undergo sexual activities?? The girl can say they didnt have sexual ativities and a court will believe her over anything the guy says.

Also ive been wondering whats it called if 2 minors have sexual intercourse without the parents consent?? Is it illegal?? I was talking to a respected adult about that and he said that sexual intercourse is illegal without the parents consent, i cant remember what exactly he said but it was along those lines.

Dosnt matter what the political or literal term means, its what the victim says. If someones "raped" and someone finds out, the "rapist" would not have the charges of raping, but prematural intercourse.

But then again, the cops these days dont really care about issues like these.

So lets say i get a "victim" she is a girl i am 17 she is 17. I take her away from her dad, but the thing is the "victim" would much rather leave with me then stay at home is that illegal? she will say thank God i left. Is that illegal?

If she is under 18, she is still under her parents control and it would be illegal. It doesn't matter if she wanted to or not, her parents could still press charges against her captor.
