12 + 98 (lvl 1-lvl 99, 1 point per lvl, thus 98 since you dont get one at lvl 1) = 110 skill points
Stats -
490 (same concept as above, 98*5=490)
So, you don't get any stat points from quest rewards?
What about the quest in act 3 where the old man gives you a magical brew?
