are we talking pvm or pvp... i still havent figured that one out for sure...
some things to get to though in no particular order:
-75 resists in hell minimum
-enough ias for 4 frame zeal
-high damage reduce % [max is 50 so get close]
-good defense
-high attack rating
I like your items you chose but you have to think about more than just something that would do well in each slot. You gotta see the whole picture more. Work on those resists too.
If you ask a way too specific quesiton it'll be easier... and are you talking pvm or pvp or both
