I believe this is the same utility:
[color=sky blue]SC Free Sounds v1[/color]
Allows you to use sounds from the StarDat and BrooDat MPQs without changing the size of yoru map. Fairly simple to work with.
Download SC Free Sounds v1 from:
[Staredit.net]
[Starcraft.org]

You can just look for the wav files in the SC folder or was it on the CD?
