You can get it here if you play Unreal Tournament 2004. I find it kinda funny that I get better FPS in UT2004 at 1280x1024 with full settings than I get in CS on the same map with weather turned off. | Looks nice, and yeah same with me(though I've unistalled UT2004 due to the fact it kills cs skills).
