| Your spray should be called tmpdecal.wad and it should be in your \cstrike directory.
Also, your wad should be less than 15kb, it should have blue as the last color in its pallette (if you have any transparency in it) and it should be less than about 10752 pixels in physical size (multiply height x width to get this number). |
