| We bring all to naught if we negociate with terrorists. They don't stop because of honor; they take advantage of it. It is unfortunate, and we should feel outraged at the terrorists for their cowardly acts! They aren't even targetting out military personel, anymore. They are targetting the innocent, civilian population -- including Iraqi civilians.
