Supreme Court found a loop-hole...

...in the Newdow case against the phrase "Under God" in the Pledge of Alliegence. They claimed that since Newdow didn't have full custody of his daughter (because he was suing on her behalf), that he couldn't sue for her.

This means that "God" is still in the pledge, and the Supreme Court dodged a major issue. Either way the Court ruled, they be condemned, ridiculed. Accusations of "judicial activism" would be flying. Possible protests and riots.

Pretty damn lucky of them to find that loop-hole. I bet they had 100 ppl goin though the books, lookin for loop-holes.

So what side were you rootin for? Me, I wanted to see "God" get the boot. It's not even part of the original pledge. It's nothing more than political propaganda, and kids get enough of that from the tv.
