You mean that new one that destroyes buildings but doesnt slaughter humans? Hydrogen bomb? I dont know --;.
If you have too many smart people, eventually a struggle will occur because of conflicting intellects. I think I read once that a small amount of people, all with very high IQ's, were placed on an island (Not from your guys' nuke thing). A lot of people expected them to thrive as a small society, but instead fights broke out because all of them wanted everyone else to do the hard labor.
This is also one of the reasons why communism fails ^_^. People with potential on the same par with those of lower intellects eventually seperate themselves out into an upper and lower class, even if you try to restrict it.
We could have a society like
Brave New World, where everyone is brainwashed from birth to believe that whatever class they are, A to E, is superior to the other classes.
