...It looks like your shortcute redirect is wrong. Try opening it from the C:/Program Files
If not..maybe your having trouble connecting?
Start-Run-'CMD', type 'ipconfig /release_all'
then type 'netstat -a -n', make sure everything is 0.0.0.0
then type 'ipconfig /renew_all'
try connecting
