[Flare] mew simply means that there is a series of mew with "Flare" in the name. Flare is the weakest, and the strongest will be Solar Flare that we won't get for a long, long time. All, and I do mean all, Desperation Mew will be in CAPS. It's meant to be a warning advisory against using the spell.
In other words: Use CAPS spells at your own risk!

Enemies
Hykash Leader has taken medium damage
Hykash 1 has taken critical damage
Hykash 2 has taken heavy damage
Hykash 3 has taken fatal damage (almost dead)

Allies
Qwy has taken medium damage
Lunar has taken light damage
Marn has taken medium damage
Hiro has taken moderate damage
Karasu has taken light damage
Stayricus has taken very light damage
