Abilities:
Judgement: He can only be used to judge tourneys.
Snap: He decapitates, more like explodes the head , of anyone who breaks the rules.
Release: He reforms the head of "Snapped" individual. They have a shearing memory of the pain of loosing thier head, and, as you may well imagine, a splitting headache (pun intended).
Nonchalante: He cares for nothing and seems to hate everything.

History: Few would even want to know. BAM the Cataclysmic is just some Cataclysm from ages past. He can only be used for judging tourneys and the like. This is one restriction he hates, and he would rather just slay the innocent.
