Weapon: Tesla Gun (fires balls of electricity), Charged Accelerator Gun (fires bullets at an alarming rate that are electrically charged) Psych Pistol (channels Psychic energies into bullets to be able to change trajectory midflight and hit with force so as to weaken the targets mind) [these weapons can be used in any timeframe with a bit of tweakage and will not harm his psychic abilities, cause psychic and technology do not adversely affect each other]

Channeling: allows psychic abilities
Mind's Eye: Can be used for scrying and other crap
Force of Will: Can forge his will into weapons (like melee stuff) or utilize it as pure force.

Appearance: A short man with pale skin, he is hunched over a lot and walks like a zombie, thus the name of The Dead or Corpse.
