borednerd -- What are you implying? I never said anything about noobs who unprotect maps are doing a good thing. On the contrary, I said basically the same thing you did, only i dumbed it down into a sentence or two because i didn't feel like getting into it at the time. I did say, however, that unprotectors do serve a positive purpose as well. I don't own one myself, but I have before due to the fact that at the time I had used a numerous amount of passwords for everything, and I do forget things a lot. Yes, there was a lot of flaming, and I was drunk lastnight when I said what I did to archn and I had apologized to him for it in a post later that night. So the issue seems to be resolved again. As for closing this thread, thats up to the mods. Get a hold of one of them if ya want.

Archn -- I wish I could help you with that, however I have never used a hack ever in my life (not even a maphack), and don't really intend on doing so anytime within the near future. New methods of map protection are currently underway as we speak. Heim's SF should be the best protector once it's finished, and if not well then there's always PROEdit by Clokr. You can read about all of this on Heim's forums. I doubt that if I post a link to it, it will stay in this thread, but w/e. Here.

You know, come to think of it, i can't really remember how I ended up here. Weird, lol...
