| method 1: turn on item levels in the maphack config (im pretty sure you can find that yourself). in brackets it wil give you the item level of any item you look at. if the item level is 99 it is guaranteed not legit, either imported or duped with dupeswap or another npc-based dupe method.
method 2: go through dupe lists. there are some good one's out. if you want to know that for trading, you can never be sure thou unless you use
method 3: only trade with friends and/or trusted peoplle you know. avoid channel trades.
oh btw most (not all, maybe 80%, i dunno) unid items are legit, but not all of course. its just that you couldnt dupe unid itemswith dupeswap so thats why.
