We have a rule against map unprotecting here. If you just want to learn the triggers, contact the map author please. Other then that, I do not even have a clue how you can unprotect a map.

I say: visit the war3 page at incgamers. Pretty good map making support there, lots of tutorials on triggers too. We just lack serious mapmakers here atm, hence the redirect.
