completely wrong,
an average male moose weighs up to 1200 pounds, and a lot of that isn't meat. ( guts, blood, bones etc)
when i go moose hunting we usually only bring back less than 700 pounds. Unless, we by chance kill more than 1 bull. which doesnt happen, ever. because you need to have a bull tag, and each hunting group MAYBE just Maybe, will have 1 bull tag, lots of years we see them but cant shoot them for that specific reason.
