That thread has several necro builds, of which some are probably outdated (1.10). One of the few things that have changed is the addition of the hellfire torch and spirit monarchs. Other than that, I don't think I would change much from those guides.
str: 156 total (just enough for the monarch)
dex: either none at all, or enough for max block with a spirit monarch
vit: everything else
energy: none
