Everything except the whirlwind. Every single time we have one of these we lose at least 2-3 people, now my question is, is there any specific positioning that helps prevent that? Or is it just try and spread out as much as you can?

Your healers do not need to be in full healing gear. Have each one put on one-three pieces of pure DPS gear. Also, the demons take extra damage from Holy, Nature, and shadow (?) I think.
Also, dedicate 1-3 healers (depends on how good they are) to healing the warlock tank
AND the pet, off in the distance.
