Even if you get your server working your friends will get the shittiest fps you can imagine.
Also you're asking us to help you with something that is highly illegal.
Third, to get people to connect you need to set yourself as a DMZ host, forward some ports, and allow exceptions in your firewall as well as router assuming you have one.
Finally, get real internet. It's not 1990 anymore, fuck.
oh, you need to set your friends realmlist to your ip, not your own.
annnd signing up for a no-ip account is kindof pointless in your situation
