That's on nezmod, that potion is the thing that gives you super replenish life for 30 secs. Plus, who the fuck wants an ethereal item that is not indestructible/has a repair mod?
edit: Dragn, for someone that is supposedly a d2 oldie, you should know that white rings do exist on realms, they were created using editors. Whether or not LC actually got them is impossible to know unless you saw them in game, but Mike vouches he did have it, which is good enough for me.
