| Do 5v5s on your shaman if you're going to be elemental at 70. 3 DPS, 1 healer, and 1 elemental shaman tends to work rediculously well because of the heroism, the burst dps, and the ability to switch to healing to get through the other team's burst dps.
As for raiding, it's a bit like enhancement DPS where you simply pull aggro and die during a lot of trash pulls. During boss fights I've never seen a shaman pull aggro though, so I doubt its a huge issue.
