| Well I don't think you should be able to sue someone for reporting you unless you can prove that they did so because of race/ethnicity. That's just insane. People will be afraid to report anything then, and some terrorist will get through because the public was to afraid for their own asses. The lawsuit against the "John Doe" should be dropped, but I think the person reported should get some compensation from the airline because they would have undoubtedly missed their flight, etc.
