Description: Juani is a former slave turned Dragoon. Juani wears the standard garb of the Dragoon. The scale male is adorned by a light blue cloth that signifies his special unit of dragoon. His wings are built and can handle short flight and gliding. Dragoon training allows Juani to leap several feet into the air, his wings allowing for maneuverability that nondraconian dragoons lack. A cape covers his back.
Personality: Blunt, almost arrogant although he doesn't mean it. Hates slavery and politics.
Weapon: A dragoon spear and shortsword. Claws.
