Thought you were talking about SB on other buildings. By the time you got reinforced, you have Fotress and so should your enemy. A tower's vf speed can still have some effectiveness, and it wont take as much damage from T3 melees or other harmful things. The only con is that its weaker vs siege now.

I added the 15% damage bonus to the equation before I did any real math. You just applied another 25% to the final answer.
