| When you get good at the game its no longer ping pong you call it table tennis. lol
My friend had an awesome table and we started playing years ago. Got good at it, and bought better paddles. We would play for hours each day. 4 hours one day and no less than 2 any other. We'd have game after game...hell we'd ust practice serving the ball and trick shots and spin. My god the spin we could get. We could hit any spot we wanted with any spin that we felt we wanted to hit.
I love table tennis. If you want to know what paddles are good I can give you a few tips. And believe it or not, you don't need to get the most expensive one to have a good paddle. Although how you like to play depends on the paddle too. I love spin one day and power shots the next.
Those cheap paddles you get with a set are difficult to play with and I recommend start with those. That way if you decide to get really into it it will be easier for you to switch over into the more "intense" paddles. lol
Those cheap paddles we call them "wood" for whatever reason. Its difficult to play with wood against other paddles but if you can master wood then you will piss off the other player mainly of flat hits. Because a lot of the "better" paddles use a lot of spin. And playing against flat can mess them up, but wood always has its downfalls.
omg I'm rambling. lol. I LOVE THE GAME. PERIOD.
