You guys need to drop DotA and play S/L RPG's. I play a bunch, and have high levels on most of them. This includes:

Juliens RPG.
Crusade RPG.
WoW RPG.
Defiance RPG.
FFORPG.

And a few others. Someone play with me damnit!
