That is more-or-less rubbish - hardware is very stable compared with software. The majority of problems occur because of badly written software. Not all of it is to do with Microsoft, of course, but one needs to only look at the bloatedness of Microsoft Office to realise that a crash is, unfortunately, a regular occurance at the office and enterprise level. Isn't it a wonder why plenty of businesses use Unix or Linux as their server base?*
