that is retarded. when 2 people have sex and the girl turns around and says the guy raped her, and all he has to defend himself was that she consented, he is going to jail. in a battle of he said, she said. the girl almost always wins in rape scenerios (kobe being one of the exceptions).

btw, the girl can also say that she was taken advantage of while intoxicated which is valid in court.
