A young man (or appeared to be young) walked towards Vox and leaned against the wall. "You sent for me?" he asked.
Vox nodded and opened his cloak, and reached inside then pulled out a scroll. "Here is a map of the area, but wait till the others arrive first before I get started."
Vox looked at the archmagi whom made so much of a conspicuous entrance that he couldn't help but wince. Who was this idiot?
Suddenly, the Draconian shed his cloak and spread out his wings and Vox bit his lip, muttering something about being quiet about all of this and he pulled his hood lower over his face to hide his features.
He had left Ilya as a renegade and the last thing he wanted to see was to be on the end of a noose. He pulled his cloak tighter around himself, half from fear, half from cold. He didn't expect two powerful entities to be here. He felt small and vulnerable since he was out of practice and hasn't completely regained all of his powers since his latest ressurrection.

OOC: Sorry for the double posting. but i have to answer this question.
The only restrictions is that you can't be uber powerful, invincible and all that jazz. And you cannot be a demon or a werewolf since Vox is a little touchy about them.
Also, as in any other RP, you cannot Powerplay.
J'kar's character is okay to use. As long as you aren't full demon.
